We had found a house fairly quickly and wanted to use a mortgage broker so that we could know all of our financial options. Larry was very quick to respond to us, even while on vacation! He was very efficient and his hours were certainly convenient as he could meet with us after 5. Larry also continued to follow up with us during the process to see how things were going and whether he could assist with anything. When we did have a question about something, he was very responsive and helpful. Larry also followed up with us after the closing date and our move date, since we moved in the middle of a snowstorm :) Overall, I would recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage broker.
